An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Austrian Centre for Digital Humanities and Cultural Heritage (ACDH-CH), a research institute of the Austrian Academy of Sciences, Austria’s leading non-university research facility, in the role of a data analyst with expertise in semantic web technologies for the new Horizon2020 project InTaVia which aims to bring together prosopographical data and tangible as well as intangible cultural heritage objects. You will join an internationally networked team, pursuing research on the border between information and communication technology and humanities studies. Your responsibilities will comprise: analysis of heterogeneous prosopographical and cultural heritage datasets; ontology modelling; automated conversion of datasets; quality assessment and curation of data.
