The Courtauld Institute of Art is seeking an outstanding academic or professional leader to join our Conservation Department as Senior Lecturer in Preventive Conservation. This is a key role contributing to the development and delivery of our new MA in Preventive Conservation, as well as teaching across other conservation programmes. You will bring deep expertise in preventive conservation theory and practice, and play a leading role in shaping curriculum, supervising students, and advancing research and professional practice in preventive conservation. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, strong publication or projects record and experience mentoring junior colleagues. Previous teaching experience is desirable but training would be provided for those who do not have this experience.
