We are employing a qualified, highly motivated and committed full-time coordinator of the Ancient Environmental Genomics Initiative for Sustainability (AEGIS) data workflow units and are looking for a candidate with solid project coordination experiences, preferably from high-throughput groups. The position includes the following essential functions: Strategic planning and support of the activities needed to ensure continued, structured, and coordinated storage and data flow through the AEGIS data pipelines i.e. outline and align plans for data curation, storage, and sharing in close collaboration with leaders and core members of the data production and operations teams, AEGIS partners, collaborators and other stakeholders; Transfer and submit data to AEGIS partners, collaborators and stakeholders; Develop and implement SOPs that ensure transparent documentation and data access; Facilitate and maintain information flow and coordination between the teams involved in data generation, storage and dissemination.
