The Stiftung Preußischer Kulturbesitz - a federal authority - has a vacancy to fill at the Rathgen-Forschungslabor der Staatlichen Museen zu Berlin - Preußischer Kulturbesitz for a Research Scientist. In the frame of a project funded by the German Research Foundation the age-related color change patterns of white paper, by far the most common material in all paper collections, are investigated. For this purpose, the micro-fading test is used as the only available tool for the in-situ investigation of light aging in order to obtain a differentiated understanding of the light-induced color changes of different white paper materials.
