Post-Doc : Prehistoric microbial and human interactions through aDNA analysis (Stockholm)

The Center for Palaeogeneitcs is looking for a postdoctoral researcher. The position is limited to two years and included in the project “Prehistoric microbial and human interactions” co-financed by the Swedish Research Council. The main methodology used in the project is aDNA analysis of prehistoric tissue, mainly skeletons. The research group working in this project is international and interdisciplinary. Main responsibilities are analyzing ancient genetic data collected with Next-generation Sequencing. It is also expected that the successful applicant will participate in the daily activities at the Center for Palaeogenetics, and interact with other projects.
