We seek an enthusiastic, creative individual with a strong background in palaeoproteomics or ancient biomolecular research. You will join our research group in the context of MiddleEarth, a DFF Sapere Aude-funded research project that aims to provide palaeoproteomic insights into the dynamic occupation histories of Middle and Late Pleistocene hominins in Central Eurasia. The postdoctoral position is dedicated towards the extraction and analysis of hominin proteomes from several existing hominin fossils. You will be responsible for sampling, laboratory extractions, and data analysis of hominin specimens, and will collaborate with internal and external collaborators. Based on mutual agreement, there is the opportunity for exploring individual research interests and initiatives within the MiddleEarth project.
