The Eratosthenes Centre of Excellence is seeking highly skilled candidates to develop methodologies for cultural heritage for studying, monitoring, and protecting archaeological sites and heritage assets. These roles are part of the TRIQUETRA project. The successful candidates will be responsible for creating a 3D HBIM modelling of pilot sites by displaying damaged or monument features at-risk due to climate change threat as well as develop digital twins and 3D modeling of archaeological monuments for an exceptional visualisation experience. The 3D construction of monuments will rely on existing photogrammetry, dense matching, image processing and ML/DL algorithms. The candidate will be responsible for collecting in-situ data, analysing and creating HBIM models. The ability to process, analyzing, interpreting, and processing satellite and UAV imagery and integrating these data with semi-automatic and AI-driven algorithms is considered an advantage.
