This is an exciting opportunity to join the University of Leicester as a Senior Research and Innovation Associate within the School of Archaeology and Ancient History. You will lead the foodways strand of the AHRC-funded project, Many New Worlds, which examines multi-material archaeological assemblages in the Caribbean. This role requires a high degree of autonomy and offers the chance to shape a key aspect of an innovative research programme. Your work will involve advancing novel methods in archaeological science, particularly archaeozoology, producing impactful publications, and presenting findings at national and international forums. Leadership within the team will be critical, from mentoring colleagues to supporting administrative and project management tasks.
