The successful applicant will play an active role in executing a project of their own and developing a vibrant research program and laboratory facilities dedicated to past ecology(ies), environment and taphonomy from archaeological faunal datasets. The applicant must be highly self-motivated, independent, and interested in working within interdisciplinary teams of archaeologists and scientists from diverse backgrounds to investigate and reconstruct past human-animal interactions. The fellow will receive extensive training and mentorship in scientific archaeological research methods and analyses.
