The project aims at characterizing natural and experimental geomaterials by optical microscopy in thin section, FTIR and Raman spectroscopies, X-ray fluorescence, electron microscopy, microprobe analysis and X-ray diffraction. The aim of the research is to reconstruct the degradation processes.
