The post is for a Post-Doctoral Researcher role on a project that examines mobility of livestock during later prehistory in Ireland through isotopic methodologies, as well as adNA. Besides the responsibilities listed in Candidate Information Pack, the researcher will have a central role in the management of the project network, liaising with the project collaborators in other institutions, liaise and co-ordinate sampling activities with the aDNA strand of the project, support the PI in license application writing. A primary focus will also be on synthesising and analysing grey literature zooarchaeological and archaeological reports.
