We are seeking a suitably qualified Senior Analytical Scientist/Geochemist to work within Macquarie GeoAnalytical (MQGA). Reporting to the MQGA manager and MQGA academic lead, you will: Manage the day-to-day operations of specialist Laser Ablation and (MC)-ICPMS facilities and provide expert technical support to internal and external clients and industry partners; Contribute to the research and development of experimental methods, techniques and/or technologies; Collect and analyse data, prepare standards and samples for analysis. Prepare reports for users where appropriate; Undertake complex instrument troubleshooting and maintain laboratory instruments, equipment and maintenance schedules.
