Two postdoctoral research fellow positions are available in Prof. Xiao Ma’s Group in the Institute for the Conservation of Cultural Heritage (ICCH) of Shanghai University, on the following research topics:
- Development of new materials for conservation purposes (i.e., consolidation, grouting or cleaning materials).
- Deterioration mechanism of cultural heritage materials (i.e., pigments, building materials).
- Archaeological science (focused on ancient building materials).
The postdoctoral position may begin on or after September 1st, 2021, and will end August 31st, 2023 (negotiable). If your field of interest in not listed above, other research fields are possible, please inquire with Prof. Xiao Ma before submitting the application.
