ICArEHB invites applications for 2 PhD fellowships in the framework of the ERC Starting Grant MATRIX. The applicants will enroll in the PhD in Archaeology at University of Algarve in Faro, Portugal, under the supervision of Dr. Vera Aldeias. The applicants will develop research in Geoarchaeology at the interface with research in ancient biomolecules from archaeological paleolithic sediments.
